Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused products in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
